Job Description

ZEN Business Operations Associate

Description -

Our ZEN Business Operations Associate (BOA) plays critical supporting roles to both operations and Engineering teams on generating daily/monthly operations reporting assisting our Business Operations Managers (BOM) in managing our CM factory by acting as the first point of contact on operations escalations. Assisting our Engineering on NPI/Proto requirements and coordination through MPAs factory support in all SAP administrative work and documentations.

What a Zen Business Operations Associate does in HP:

  • Supports intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
  • Follows detailed documentation and instructions to gather data and run transactions in SAP to support demand and supply matching activities.
  • Supports the business by answering strategic questions with both quantitative and qualitative insights through report studies.
  • Identifies basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seeks guidance for resolution.
  • Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensures that HP MPa complies with relevant regulations and industry standards and assists in Inventory audits.

Individuals who will do well in this role usually possesses:

  • Diploma /Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 4-6 years of related work experience preferably in Manufacturing/Proto Line Production or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command in Excel and pivot table/charting
  • Good communication and reporting Skill for Operation dashboard review Strong teamwork in collaborating with Engineering team in address material related escalation and disposition.
