Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager on site-related issues and project progress.
  • Supervise and monitor Minor Works and A&A projects ensuring all technical submissions and calculations are reviewed and approved by the client.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams and maintenance operations to ensure seamless integration of works.
  • Liaise with project officers subcontractors and in-house technicians to track daily work progress procurement needs and operational activities.
  • Manage manpower deployment for Minor Works and A&A projects including handling related administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
  • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold operational standards.
  • Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with site operations and project execution.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for Minor Works and A&A projects.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • MinimumDiploma in Engineering(Building Mechanical Electrical) or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least3 years of experiencein facilities management or building maintenance with exposure to Minor Works and A&A projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence toWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH)standards.
