Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager on site-related issues and project progress.
- Supervise and monitor Minor Works and A&A projects ensuring all technical submissions and calculations are reviewed and approved by the client.
- Coordinate closely with project teams and maintenance operations to ensure seamless integration of works.
- Liaise with project officers subcontractors and in-house technicians to track daily work progress procurement needs and operational activities.
- Manage manpower deployment for Minor Works and A&A projects including handling related administrative tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold operational standards.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with site operations and project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for Minor Works and A&A projects.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- MinimumDiploma in Engineering(Building Mechanical Electrical) or other relevant disciplines.
- At least3 years of experiencein facilities management or building maintenance with exposure to Minor Works and A&A projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence toWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH)standards.
