With a prime location Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport Terminal is just a 5-minute walk from the airport terminals. We welcome around 150000 guests annually to our 503 rooms. The heart of the hotel is our unique Barceptiona perfect blend of a bar and a receptionwhere guests can enjoy food and drinks in a vibrant social lounge. Our hotel also provides five modern meeting rooms a well-equipped gym a self-service laundromat and a convenient parking garage.

Your to-do-list as a Comfort GM:
- As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Arlanda youre the leader on-site. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand you act as the CEO of your hotel
- Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
- Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
- Keep an eye on the numbers managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
- Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork ensuring everything flows smoothly from check-in to check-out
- Have a strong understanding and enthusiasm for food and beverage ensuring our offerings meet our brand standards and delight our guests.
- Lead a small tight-knit team creating a fun collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
- Ensure the property is always in top condition staying on top of maintenance and upkeep to provide a quality experience.
- Bring sustainability into everything we do helping us be a responsible player
Oh and proficiency in Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) is kind of a big deal for this role youll need it to keep up with meetings and day -to-day communications.
