- represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team our guests and external service providers and partners in all matters
- build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment onboarding and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
- roll up your sleeves because youre not just a manager but an active part of the team leading by example
- keep a sharp eye on the numbers stick to the set budgets and manage forecasting and cost control with precision
- spot trends streamline processes and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward
- make sure everything runs smoothly by ensuring compliance with HACCP occupational safety fire protection and other legal requirements
- bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing our internal styles and maintaining quality standards.
- work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected
Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:
- completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
- extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
- strong knowledge of POS PMS and business management.
- a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player
- a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction
- a knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality to match
- speaking English fluently
