General Purpose of the Position:The position within Human Resources at PwCs Internal Firm Services offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the firm by optimizing the skills and talents of our people. As part of the One Firm AC People Team you will be instrumental in executing the firms people strategy crafting a distinctive employee experience and upholding firm-wide values. Your role will involve leveraging core competencies that drive both individual and organizational success in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will focus on human capital strategies to align with organizational goals by taking on assignments in talent deployment and special projects. You will play a vital role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams you will strategize effective methods to locate assess educate and train employees ensuring alignment with market developments and firm strategy.
Role as a Manager:
As a Manager you will be part of a dedicated team of problem solvers tackling complex business issues from strategy to your capacity as a flex-Talent/Deployment Manager you will have the opportunity to work across various Lines of Service and engage with the One Firm AC People Teams national functions. This role involves dynamic assignments that require agility and collaboration providing you with a broad perspective and influence across the firm.
Academic Background: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 6 years of experience as HR Generalist or in a Talent Management/ Organizational development area. Preferably in a multi-national company or a large-scale company. Is essential to have experience in leading Talent management process performance management human capital metrics data analytics build relationships with people emotional intelligence business mindset people management talent consultant human capital strategy project management resolve challenges and diverse human capital projects.
Skills: Workday Power BI ChatGPT understand prompts being able to utilize AI technology or proven fast learning in new technologies and HRMS.
English: Advanced (C1)
