Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize sales activities for the team provide a solid sales platform for the assigned account managers and channel managers and achieve the teams business performance targets set by the company.
2. Guide and coach the assigned team develop and implement training plans for account managers channel managers and relevant personnel from partner channels.
3. Be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned bank channels including effective communication with bank leaders at all levels to maintain strong cooperative relationships.
4. Collect and report intelligence on partner channel products costs business promotion policies etc. and develop the teams sales strategies based on market changes and the companys business plans.
5. Oversee daily sales management tasks in the assigned region to ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Promptly report any violations or potential risks discovered during work and propose corrective or improvement measures.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skills/Education:
1. College degree or above preferably in finance marketing or economics. Candidates with relevant experience may have relaxed educational requirements.
2. Strong verbal communication and coordination skills.
3. Excellent observation analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Hardworking capable of handling high-pressure work environments and delivering outstanding performance.
5. High political awareness and moral integrity with a strong sense of ethics and alignment with company values.
6. Conduct in compliance with national laws company code of conduct ethical standards and compliance regulations.
7. Minimum of 6 years of work experience including at least 4 years in bancassurance (or insurance) sales management. Preference given to candidates with insurance banking sales or management experience.
8. Prior success in insurance brokerage or bank customer relationships is a plus.
9. Strong leadership in sales team management sales activity organization and training/presentation skills.
10. Extensive interpersonal network and strong business development capabilities particularly in bancassurance.
11. Skilled in fostering a positive team atmosphere and leading teams to achieve channel premium targets.
