Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Shipside Operations Specialist (Level 2)to support the LSCC team inNorth Charleston South Carolina on 2nd Shift!
The selected candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who will support the production team in Mid Body by providing technical knowledge and leadership to positively affect the teams efficiency in its delivery of products.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides limited feedback on assessment results
Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Willing and able to work 2nd shift
3 years of manufacturing experience
3 years of experience with the Velocity system
1 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Effective customer service skills
Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams
