With demand for whiter smiles and healthier teeth growing rapidly were expanding our e-commerce presence across Amazon Walmart and social media platforms - and were looking for a results-driven leader to join our team.
The Role
As our E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Manager youll take ownership of growing our digital sales channels. Youll manage online marketplaces optimize product listings run ad campaigns and create engaging content that builds brand awareness and customer loyalty. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing brand in the oral care industry.
What Youll Do
- Lead e-commerce sales strategy on Amazon and other platforms.
- Optimize product listings SEO and paid ad campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
- Manage social media marketing (Facebook Instagram TikTok) to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams on product images videos and promotional content.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to drive growth.
- Support customer engagement through reviews feedback and loyalty programs.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of e-commerce sales/marketing experience (Amazon/Walmart strongly preferred).
- Proven success with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and digital ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO paid advertising and digital analytics.
- Hands-on experience with social media influencer or affiliate marketing.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred.
- Based in Salt Lake City UT (preferred) or open to remote with strong communication.
