PRN Position for Saline Womens Clinic

How youll contribute
As a Front Desk Representative you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff responsibilities include:
- Ensuring thatall necessary demographic billing and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy
- Greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out process
- Collecting patient payments
- Verifying patient demographic and insurance information updating as needed
- Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate degree preferred
Requirements:
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and courteously handle patient and family interactions with other staff.
- Technology proficiency: familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
