Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee TPG Hotels & Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

What Youll Be Doing:
Create a Memorable First Impression

-Warmly welcome every guest and ensure their arrival and departure is smooth personal and efficient
-Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism turning challenges into opportunities to impress
-Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure requests are fulfilled seamlessly
-Supervise and support front desk agents in delivering exceptional service
-Provide real-time coaching and feedback ensuring consistency and positivity
-Maintain grooming appearance and brand presentation standards
-Partner with leadership to address performance and development needs
-Tackle complex guest scenarios with confidence and creativity
-Ensure privacy safety and guest security protocols are upheld
-Champion strategies that minimize guest complaints and enhance service recovery
-Train Develop and Grow Talent
-Foster a culture of learning and collaboration
-Keep service standards top-of-mind through regular training refreshers

-High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
-12 years of supervisory experience in a front office or guest services role
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferably FSPMS)
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
