Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE :


Ensures all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately. Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :


Ensures all purchase orders for receiving are issued accurately.

Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers.

Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments

- sends attendance report to HRD every morning.

- sends all issued purchase order to purchasing by 4:00 p.m.

- sends actual quantity received to accounting not later than 8:00 p.m.

Encodes quantity received packers productivity accurately.

Ensures all promo items were packed and received on the same day.

Returns all bad orders and other unproductive SKUs to suppliers on time.

Encodes necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist everytime there is an actual inventory count.

Ensures all payroll of Distribution Staff are released accurately.

Responds to suppliers delivery complaint immediately.

Responsible for the requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies.

Consistently gives suggestions and recommendation in improving work processes
