Job Description
In BorgWarner El Salto Jalisco we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills a deep understanding of financial processes and a proactive approach to cost management and investment evaluation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in public accounting Financial Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cost Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP BAAN and/or JDE).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of Inventory Management Supply Chain and general Finance operations.
- Experience in evaluating investment projects.
- Skilled in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management.
