About Organization
The Core Network Department is primarily responsible for ensuring the stable operation of Rakuten Mobiles currently available data and voice services as well as the design and deployment of new services.
This Section is responsible for annual budget management financial tasks admin routines and Governance and project management support.
Job Duties
Responsible for project management including liaising with relevant parties towards the commerce implementation of core network services.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on 4G/5G core network technologies governance compliance or automation.
Good Understanding of 3GPP standards and 4G/5G network architectures (e.g. EPC 5GC)
Bachelor of Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualized network functions (VNFs) ; Familiarity with network automation frameworks and best practices.
Languages:
English (Overall - 3 - Advanced) Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)Required Experience:
