This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division in line with the division strategy. Each day you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth revenues profitability market share and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives in Jakarta.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time payments and general terms and conditions in line with ABBs offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications for the role- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Automation or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or technical roles related to drives motors or industrial automation.
- Deep understanding of motion systems drive technologies and their industrial applications.
- Proven track record in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required
