Job Description
KITE Search are working with a leading European Architect firm who have a large presence in Asia. They are known for their famous projects completed globally and have a track record for stunning architecture & design. The working environment of the company is multinational open minded design-oriented ambitious and friendly.
About this role:
- Contribute as one of the senior team player
- Delivery of multidiscipline design submissions
- Planning and forecasting for design activities
- Delivery of technical proposals for projects
- Working on multinational projects on cultural and mixed-use projects
- Liaise with different BU head contractors and great communication skills with on site clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture / Architectural Design or other relevant majors
- Minimum 10 years of experience in all-rounded architect works with excellent technical know how on a global basis
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Senior Resident Architects and good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills for on construction site reviewing contractor submission and responding to technical and design question that arise during the process
- Design oriented and great technical capabilities
- Experienced in overseeing architecture faade and interior fit-out
- Liaise with engineers contractors and on-site client management
- Self motivated good team player and takes great responsibilities in ones own work
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (both reading and writing)
- With working knowledge of BIM (Revit) and Rhinoceros
- AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft etc.
