Newly established CTO role within the top management team at Hive Autonomy.

As part of our executive management team youll play a key role in driving innovation defining the roadmap for autonomy and physical AI. Key Responsibilities
As CTO you will define and own Hives overall technology strategy lead our tech team and be part of the executive management team!
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of robotics autonomy and AI engineers.
- Drive the development and scaling of our technology platform.
- Establish efficient systems routines and workflows to support scalable and structured operations.
- Implement measures necessary to comply with the guidelines outlined in the companys quality system.
- Contribute to achieving technical and financial project targets ensuring deliveries exceed customer expectations.
- Represent Hive Autonomy in strategic customer and partner discussions.
- Support go-to-market efforts by aligning tech milestones with delivery and customer value creation.

- Excellent cross-functional communication skills ability to align engineering efforts with product commercial and operational goals.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Qualifications
- Higher relevant technical degree.
- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling complex multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Technical expertise in robotics autonomy and/or AI.
- Experience in scaling up technology organizations or products will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English.
