The master baker will oversee daily bakery operations ensuring the highest standards of quality consistency and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can manage a production team maintain cost control and drive continuous improvement in all bakery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery kitchen operations and product quality.
- Maintain hygiene HACCP and safety standards across production.
- Supervise train and motivate bakery staff to perform at their best.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and production areas remain spotless.
- Monitor budgets control costs and minimize waste.
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness daily.
- Handle customer feedback and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments for smooth workflow.
- Schedule and manage staffing levels efficiently.
- Promote a culture of teamwork discipline and excellence.
Requirements
- 58 years of professional bakery experience (industrial or large-scale preferred).
- Expertise in bread pastry and dough production.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
- Flexible detail-oriented and quality-driven.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: KD 1500/month and above (based on experience). Approx. 5000 USD/Month
Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
