What Youll Responsible For:
Coordinate IHM Maintenance documentation (SDOC / MD Class Forms)
Collate and distribute IHM Maintenance verification and updates to Owners / Vessels / Masters & Classification Societies.
Carry out IHM Maintenance projects as assigned by IHM Project Coordinator/Manager.
Provides feedback for process improvement in relation to IHM Maintenance activities within WSM.
Able to identify trends and recommends proactive solutions to manage IHM Maintenance business situations.
Matters related to the preparation and execution of IHM Maintenance.
Liaison with owners representative / class society representative / vendors during IHM Maintenance reviews.
Liaison with Experts to collate and upload MD/SDOC in IHM Library.
Review & identify changes for VSCPs / SDOC / MD Class Forms for submission to Class / Client.
Collate IHM Maintenance verification documentation according to MEPC 269(68) guidelines (EU SRR)
Collation of Projects vessel documentation.
What Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Knowledge of ship management / ship operations.
Experience of technical or operational work experience in the maritime industry.
International experience and knowledge of the maritime industry
Supplementary education in vessel inspections / audits is advantageous.
Fluency in English both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high volume workload.
Strong environmental commitment.
