Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team ensuring high performance creativity and professional development.
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business working closely with partners directors and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
- Oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development digital campaigns content marketing events PR and internal communications.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines.
- Analyse campaign performance client feedback and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Take ownership of the marketing budget reporting on ROI and ensuring effective spend.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of experience in a broad marketing role ideally within professional services or a B2B environment.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels.
- Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Commercially astute with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
- A relevant degree in marketing communications or a related field is preferred.
