We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to manage ourguest journey from their initial enquiries to welcoming them on arrival andsupporting during their time at Spa. You will ensure our guests have aluxurious experience with a personal touch.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a luxury spa.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues senior management and being front of house building relationships with our guests.
