Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of spa treatments with professionalism and consistency.
Ensure all treatment rooms spa areas and equipment are clean tidy and well-maintained.
Provide excellent guest service including consultations after-care advice and handling guest requests or concerns.
Promote spa services and retail products to meet daily sales targets.
Maintain accurate guest records stock usage and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety standards.
Support colleagues with reception or administrative duties when required.
Participate in ongoing training and skill development to maintain high treatment standards.
Requirements
International beauty therapy qualification or local equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist.
Substantial hands-on experience in delivering face and body treatments.
Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
Pleasant professional and customer-oriented disposition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
