About the Role:
Were looking for a Maintenance Planner to lead planning and scheduling for all maintenance work in a fast-moving highly automated distribution center (DC). You will work closely with internal teams vendors and operational leadership to align maintenance plans with available time windows track performance and ensure CMMS accuracy. You are ensuring the short and long term planning of all maintenance work of the warehouse automation and facilitating efficient operations of the customer.
What Youll Do:
- Plan and schedule all preventive corrective and reactive maintenance
- Use operational data customer production requirements and warehouse execution software (WES) logic to find and agree on maintenance windows
- Support Day-to-Day customer Operations focussing the required operational throughput and necessary maintenance windows agreed with the customer.
- Coordinate with Customer Operations and subcontractors on timing and task execution
- Support the maintenance of the maintenance management software (CMMS) with accurate asset task and document data
- Track preventive maintenance compliance and task closure
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on planning performance and maintenance compliancy
- Support maintenance leads with resource balancing and shift-level task allocation
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operational teams to forecast preventive and corrective maintenance work labour hours and spare parts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in maintenance planning or asset operations
- Secondary school supply chain management or related field
- Proficiency in CMMS systems (preferably Hexagon EAM)
- Understanding of maintenance workflows in automated or logistics environments
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational coordination and vendor engagement skills
- Effective in communicating and team collaborator.
- Technical background (mechanical electrical or systems) preferred
- Good oral and written skills in Czech and basic Englisch. German is a plus.
