Job Summary
Summary:
The Planner Scheduler will be based in Zhuhai.
Responsibilities:
- Collect the detail data for DL requirement analysis.
- Monitor the DL status to make sure we have enough resource to cover the customer forecast.
- To drive production and work with Lean Excellence team to reduce DL cost meet financial target.
- Weekly Financial KOI to track.
- DL hiring plan weekly update to campus hiring team.
- Work with staffing and HR on DL hiring status (plan vs actual).
- Responsible for DL allocation by customers/by projects/by buildings/by processes.
- Responsible for DL movements to other site/between buildings/processes/projects.
- DL plan for new projects launch.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a bachelors degree
- Good in English
- Logic thinking good sense to the number
- Familiar with Microsoft office tool
