The Role
Responsible for the direct supervision/management of staff. Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government associate contractor or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Will assist in the development or enhancement of methods to accurately track Government property. Conducts internal property audits accurately and timely; provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; develops recommends and implements property administration policy; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports as required.
Must Have
Bachelors Degree in related field with 6 years of applicable progressive professional/supervisory experience or Masters degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
Excellent analytical decision-making and creative problem-solving skills. Possess an understanding and practical application of MMAS FAR and DFAR Standards property principles and practices.
Adept familiarity in the use of Microsoft 365 applications Power BI and One Drive.
