Pay Rate:$16/hr
Location:Tulsa OK
Shift:2nd shift available;MondayFriday 3:00 PM 11:30 PM(OT required as needed)

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring aPackaging Assistantto support various labor-intensive tasks includinglabeling container preparation drum rolling packing cartridges crimping and material handling. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality finished products by maintaining accuratefill weights correctlabeling and clean work conditions. ThePackaging Assistantplays a crucial role in maintaining production flow and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions
Safety:
Prevent report and assist in addressing anydrips leaks or spillsthat could impact safety or the environment.
Adhere toall PPE requirementsand safety procedures.
Maintain aclean and orderly work areaand report unsafe conditions.
Quality:
Support theQuality Policyand adhere toISO 9001:2015andIATF 16949standards when applicable.
Follow all documented and communicatedpacking procedures.
Minimize the creation ofsecond-quality product.
Operational:
Maintainexcellent attendanceand punctuality.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Accurately follow instructions related tolabeling stacking and palletizing.
Monitor automated equipmentsuch as packers tapers and printers.
Performbasic troubleshootingand ensure equipment readiness under direct supervision.
Complete all assigned tasks withefficiency and accuracy.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Basicmath skills(addition subtraction multiplication division).
Ability toread write and understand English.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Education
High School diploma or GEDrequired or proven ability to perform job duties.
Training Requirements
Daily on-the-job training.
AnnualGeneral Safety & Hazard Communication training.
Additionalquality trainingas needed.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Able tolift/push/pull up to 50 lbs including hoses and filled containers.
Capable ofclimbing stairs working inconfined spaces and maintaining balance and coordination.
Must be able to read small measurements from meters and gauges.
Able to work innon-climate-controlledenvironments and withstandextreme temperatures.
Must be available to workany shift weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
