Location:Tulsa
Pay:$19/hour
Shift:FridaySunday 5:00 AM 5:00 PM; will train on days MondayFriday for 2 weeks (OT as needed; hours may fluctuate depending on company needs)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependableMachine Operator/Helperto join our Tulsa team. This position is responsible for assisting with the setup operation monitoring and troubleshooting of machines used to process coil steel into flat sheets which are then cut to specific lengths for steel tube manufacturing. TheMachine Operator/Helperwill play a key role in ensuring quality production and maintaining safety standards within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-operation checks to ensure properequipment startup and operation.
Assist withgeneral labor tasksin all shop areas as needed.
Operate and monitormultiple machinesduring production to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensurecontinuous productionand product accuracy.
Move materials usingforklifts and overhead cranessafely and efficiently.
Comply with allsafety and health regulationsand maintain a clean work environment.
Follow standardized work practices and supportcontinuous improvement initiatives.
TheMachine Operator/Helpermay also perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Must bedetail-orientedwith a strong understanding ofproduction and plant processes.
Ability to useprecision measuring toolsand perform basic mathematical calculations (add subtract multiply divide).
Capable of followingwritten and oral instructionsand working effectively in a team.
Must be able tolift heavy equipment bend stand and walk for long periods.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends early or late hours and overtime as necessary.
Physical Requirements
Ability tostand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawlas needed.
Must be able tofrequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities includeclose vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustment.
Exposure tomoving mechanical partsand occasional hot cold wet or humid conditions.
Work environment noise levels are typicallyloud.
