Pay:$25/hour BOE
Shift:MondayFriday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedCNC Programmerto support mill and lathe operations using Autodesk Fusion 360. This role is responsible for creating efficient CNC programs assisting with basic machine setup and ensuring components meet high-quality standards for specialized finishing processes. TheCNC Programmerwill collaborate closely with production teams to optimize machining strategies and maintain seamless workflow across operations.
Key Responsibilities
ProgramCNC mills and lathesusing Fusion 360.
Interpretblueprints and 3D modelsto develop machining strategies.
Select tooling feeds and speeds and simulate programs for accuracy.
Assist withmachine setup including part loading and tool offsets.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration withgrinding and honing operations.
Maintainhigh quality standardsand follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience as aCNC Programmerfor both mills and lathes.
Expert proficiency inAutodesk Fusion 360 CAM.
Strong understanding ofG-code M-code and blueprint interpretation.
Basic CNC machine setup experience.
Strongattention to detailand problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of aproduction team.
