Size and functions of local team:
2 BDRs 1 AE 1 teamlead/salesmanager in Rotterdam.

Role description:

AE role BDR support. They want people to also do their own prospecting during ramping period. Around 70% comes through BDRs 30% self sourced.
10K ARR ADS 2/3 months on average
Quarterly quota; 100K ARR
People will get a fair ramp-target first 6 months.
CFOs and finance DMUs.

Finance background/experience
