What Youll Be Doing

  • Begin with a thorough onboarding and training program to build deep product knowledge and relationships across the business.

  • Develop new business opportunities while expanding and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

  • Understand the unique needs of your customers and craft tailored sales strategies.

  • Lead product demonstrations and provide hands-on training to healthcare professionals.

  • Represent Stryker at key industry events seminars and strategic meetings to stay connected and identify opportunities.

What Were Looking For

  • At least 2 years of sales experience ideally in capital equipment or medical devices.

  • A strong commercial mindset with a genuine desire to learn grow and succeed.

  • Resilience and goal orientationyoure motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

  • The ability to build strong trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • A collaborative approachyou enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.

  • A bachelors or masters degree.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

  • A valid drivers license as travel across the territory is required.
