Key Responsibilities:

Support People Development programs including preparation coordination and execution of learning sessions and activities.
Act as a co-facilitator and assist in learning delivery (e.g. managing attendance taking notes preparing presentations and creating internal promotional materials).
Handle logistical arrangements for People Development and onboarding programs (e.g. scheduling sending invitations reporting and documentation).
Edit learning videos based on the guided materials provided.
Support in preparing and analyzing assessment data (e.g. competency upskill and learning program).

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or final-year student with no ongoing classes.
Preferably from Psychology Communication/PR or Management backgrounds.
Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
Team player who is responsible takes initiative and is a problem solver.
Able to analyze data using spreadsheet formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP IFs Pivot Tables).
Able to edit graphics or videos at least using Canva.
Able to do WFO 1-2 days a week.
