SAPs Global Finance Success organization (GFS) is a business unit with 1700 employees delivering end-to-end finance operations from a set of vibrant and multicultural locations around the globe: Buenos Aires Dublin Manila and Prague.

THE ROLE

• Support administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts for EMEA region and solve issues with medium to high complexity within general work direction.
• Executes operational (including transactional) tasks independently to support operations including specialized activities that are performed to meet specific objectives.
• Has additional responsibilities and broad knowledge of standard processes and related transactions or special knowledge on specific areas beyond standard such as: SOX controls revenue accounting provisioning.
• Develops collaborative work relationships within own team.
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments Commercial Finance CFO Contracting Sales Teams.
• Own strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency.
• Contact for external and internal auditors.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
• High level communication skills - will be expected to join customer calls (depending on the market Unit) and calls with managers.
• Customer focus &businessacumen.
• Ability to work under pressure support team members advise on non-standard scenarios.
• Proactive in solving queries and identifying areas for improvements.
• Capacity to develop collaborative work relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
