TheProject Service Advisoris responsible for the accuracy and integrity of project financial data in our Accounting System and maintaining timely production of external client invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and administrative support for the Sponsor region.
- Review draft contract for invoicing terms project costing and other financial specifics such as retention/retainer prevailing wage sub-consultant charge rates unit pricing etc
- Ensuring project files are current and up to date
- Review client billing data for invoicing requirements
- Coordinate activities resources and information
- Build strong positive relationships while interacting with Project Managers clients project staff as well as IT staff
- Support information gathering for our proposals team including formatting proposals reports and memos etc.
- Coordinate with GHD suppliers/vendors and property management to support the management of the office
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a general office and Financial administration role(Mandatory)
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical-professional studies related to the role
- Energetic self-motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build develop and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Great teammate with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as demonstrate a sense of initiative and ownership
- An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges along with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce Power BI or any management software
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments and across different time zones
