As Growth PM youll own thecustomer acquisition and retention funnel end-to-end working at the intersection of product marketing data and experimentation. Youll partner closely with the growth team to optimise acquisition improve conversion and design initiatives that boost retention and customer lifetime value.
This isnt about running marketing campaigns its about shaping theproduct-led growth engineof the business. Youll be given the remit and autonomy to experiment boldly test and validate new ideas quickly and double down on what drives results.
Own theacquisition funnel and experimentation strategy from first touch through to becoming an active customer.
Run structured experiments to improve conversion optimise retention and expand revenue opportunities.
Partner with growth marketing and engineering to deliver product improvements that translate into commercial outcomes.
Shape new initiatives such as loyalty programs referral optimisation and pricing model enhancements.
Use data and customer insights to prioritise ruthlessly measure impact and focus resources on the highest-value opportunities.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a startup environment that moves fast.
Proven experience as aProduct Manager in a B2C D2C or marketplace environment.
A track record of drivinggrowth outcomes: acquisition retention conversion optimisation or revenue expansion.
Strong background inexperimentation designing running and learning from tests to guide direction.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights and hypotheses into clear product decisions.
Collaborative and commercial comfortable working across growth marketing and product teams.
Someone who thrives inambiguous fast-paced startup environmentsand knows how to bring structure to complexity.
