Transactional Equipment Finance Associate Attorney Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

A leading southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its growing Equipment Finance Team in Charlotte. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions involving transportation and other equipment for a diverse client base.

About the Team:
The Equipment Finance Team represents financial institutions private investment firms lenders borrowers lessors and lessees in a wide range of transactions including:

  • Direct loans and leases

  • Securitizations

  • Credit facilities

  • Purchase and sale transactions

  • With a focus on transportation equipment including aircraft and rail

Qualifications:

  • Significant transactional experience with substantial exposure to equipment finance transactions preferred

  • Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Law degree required

  • Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred
