A well-established specialty-focused veterinary hospital in the Eugene/Springfield OR area is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Surgeon with a focus on trauma surgery to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced surgical procedures focused on trauma and orthopedic care
Manage post-operative and critical care patients with support from an experienced ICU team
Collaborate with emergency and specialty departments to ensure optimal case management
Support referring DVMs and build strong regional referral relationships
Mentor team members and help shape the surgical programs continued growth

Ideal Candidate:

Board-Certified in Veterinary Surgery (ACVS) or residency-trained
Strong interest and experience in trauma surgery and critical case management
Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering gold-standard care in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to contribute to a high-functioning multi-specialty team
