Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role involves coordinating the entire process of recruiting new staff. It is the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure that all aspects of the hiring process are running smoothly. This includes creating job postings shortlisting candidates scheduling interviews conducting background checks and extending job offers. Essentially a Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as an intermediary between hiring managers and candidates to ensure that the process runs efficiently and effectively. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing information office needs and carrying out tasks that support the general needs of the agency


What youll be doing

  • Advertise job openings on the companys career page social media job boards and internally.
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants.
  • Preparing job offer letters and answering queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management.
  • Can demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage multiple and changing tasks.

A little about Maryhurst.

And lastly the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support ultimately clearing barriers to success at home at school and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one group and family counseling in office home or school-based settings.
