Job Overview
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services focusing on delivering exceptional service quality and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff budgets inventory and guest experiences to achieve operational objectives and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operations of food and beverage outlets ensuring top-tier service and quality.
- Managing staff schedules providing training and evaluating performance.
- Monitoring budgets controlling costs and maintaining inventory levels.
- Handling guest concerns and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Working closely with the kitchen team on menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Ensuring adherence to health safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership budget management and organization.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to solve problems effectively.
