Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and develop strategic sales plans.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Train mentor and motivate the sales team to improve performance and drive results.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT/AV solutions
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
