We are looking for an Account Director Sales - Group (Singapore)to join our team!
As anAccount Director Sales - Group (Singapore)we require you to:
Business Development
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Convert group leads and manage account portfolios to achieve sales targets across rooms catering and F&B ensuring optimal revenue generation for Singapore hotels.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients leveraging market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and maximize account potential.
Strategic Sales Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies participate in sales activities and campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and partners (e.g. GSOs STB) to increase market share and drive business conversion.
Communication
Professionalism & Communication: Upholds high standards of ethics and professionalism while maintaining clear and effective communication across all levelsguests clients and colleagues.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Adapts communication style to suit a multicultural team environment fostering inclusivity and teamwork.
Interdepartmental & External Relations: Builds strong working relationships with internal departments sister hotels GSOs and SLIM promoting collaborative solution-oriented outcomes.
Sales Administration
Performance & Financial Awareness: Monitors personal team and hotel performance against financial targets budgets and prior year results to stay aligned with business goals.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Contributes to the development and execution of the Area Sales Plan budget planning and market audits in collaboration with the Business Conversion - Asia team.
Systems Management & Compliance: Maintains accurate client data across all sales systems ensures adherence to sales policies and supports efficient use of CRM tools and databases.
Technology
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates strong skills in Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Amadeus Advanced () and SLIM tools for efficient sales operations.
Tech-Savvy & Efficiency-Oriented: Stays current with evolving technologies to enhance productivity and improve service delivery for sales accounts.
