As a Tech Lead Engineering at Cyara you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating engineering efforts while also contributing directly to technical projects. You will guide a team of talented engineers foster collaboration and drive the successful execution of our product roadmap. Youll support engineers in their development and reviews. You will be responsible for:
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate engineering efforts ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and strategic goals.

Mentorship and Reviews: Support engineers in their development through mentorship and code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices.

Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Storybook) and component libraries (e.g. Kendo UI).
Good understanding of GraphQL and its use with React.
Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack and packaging strategies.
Back-End
Advanced programming skills in C# framework with a focus on backend systems.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud computing services (AWS or Azure) and basic infrastructure as code (IaC).
Solid understanding of performance optimization memory management and multithreading.
