Role Overview
PressOne Africa is seeking a skilled and dedicated Frontend Developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Frontend Support Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our web CRM software while providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver prompt and effective technical support to customers through various communication channels like email phone and chat. Addressing inquiries issues and concerns related to the PressOne Frontend.
- Bug Resolution: Identify analyze and resolve software bugs and errors reported by customers or identified through monitoring systems. Collaborate closely with the development team to implement solutions.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions to educate customers on the optimal usage of our software including new features and updates.
- Continuous Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience and software performance. Recommend and implement enhancements to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Collect user feedback and insights to continuously improve the apps user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other Engineers and Product Managers to ensure the softwares reliability and quality.
Who you are:
- You have two or more years with the following technologies; Git JavaScript (Vue) HTML5 and CSS3.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- You are more interested in the problem than in the product. You are not just someone who learnt to write codes you are a problem solver an engineer.
- You are collaborative. You are willing to go outside of your space so the team can win.
- You are comfortable documenting your thoughts and implementation. You will do this a lot at PressOne Africa.
- Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in providing technical support is advantageous.
- A customer-centric mindset dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer support.
