We are currently seeking the best talent for Procurement Manager.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing procurement activities across the terminals in Lazaro Cardenas and Yucatan ensuring the efficient acquisition of services inventory supplies and capital goods. This role involves negotiating optimal terms for price delivery credit and after-sales support while maintaining compliance with corporate procurement policies and sustainability standards. The Procurement Manager leads a team that evaluates vendors optimizes service and inventory levels and ensures cost-effective purchasing decisions. A key responsibility is to advise senior terminal management on procurement strategies reporting systems and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and financial addition to driving procurement excellence this role ensures adherence to corporate guidelines including Procurement Standards Finance Control Manual COMMIT and Sustainable Procurement policies. The Procurement Manager strengthens procurement governance mitigates risks related to fraud and liabilities and upholds transparency in procurement processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring procurement operations align with business objectives while fostering efficiency cost savings and strategic supplier relationships.
