Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth insight into market and stakeholder needs market trends and competitive landscape in co-ordination with Elektas other business development and commercialization teams.
- Define and align the vision strategy and roadmaps working collaboratively across different functions and business-lines.
- Elevate lifetime profitability and grow market share through a combination of innovations and optimization of current offerings.
- Identify opportunities and drive key terms for strategic business partnerships.
- Partner with customers or support partnerships led by other functions throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Provide oversight and governance to ensure ongoing value proposition creation over the end-to-end product lifecycle and execute within product creation and commercialization ensuring consistency and modular design.
- Define monitor and drive business cases for new and existing products and services.
- Develop business requirements for both new products and enhancements to existing products; work with research and engineering on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization.
- Collaborate with key partners across the business to ensure product safety reliability and performance meets industry standards.
- Work closely with downstream partners for seamless go-to-market strategies.

Authorities
- Owns core documents such as product strategy plan product roadmaps customer and business need requirements specification and related business cases product health dashboards and related priority settings.
- Sets objectives and priorities backlog at PI planning.
- Signs off product related approvals such as Product Information Query (PIQ) ECR (Engineering Change Request) NORD as assigned and Non-Standard Request (NSR) requests for new manuals or for translations in alignment with the PL leads.
Relevant Knowledge skills and competEncies
- A minimum of a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years experience in the clinical technical or product area of responsibility.
- Ability to use subject matter expertise and knowledge to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Proven track record as a Global Product Manager in the medical device industry with strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combines hardware electronics and software.
- Persistent and persuasive behavior to own and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset ability to act without formal authority across functions.
- Integrator of technical and commercial views.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
