Summary
- Work from short to mid/long-term portfolio strategy to support Champion Petfoods China business strategy
- Initiative local innovation project and localization process optimization collaborated with global & Region.
What are we looking for
Bachelor degree or above
At least 8 yrs marketing experience in multinational companyFMCG related industry is a plus
Good communication skill and presentation skill
Good command of English
Data insights capability
Nutrition/CPG related companies are preferred
Portfolio management experience is preferred
NPD / project management is preferred
Scientific based content development is preferred

Productstrategymanagementandoptimization: andoptimizeportfoliostrategyandproductportfoliomanagementaccordingtomarketfeedbackandchannelchangescontinuouslyimprovetheefficiencyoftheproductlineanddrivesustainablegrowth.
Productinnovation:ExploreproductandpackaginginnovationprojectsandcollaboratewithGLOBALandcross functiontopromotelocalizedproductinnovationandprocessoptimization.
Upgradeandoptimizationofproductsellingpoints:Worktogetherwithcrossfunctionalteamstopromotetheupgradeofproductsellingpointsandthedevelopmentofrelevantproductmarketingcontenttoenhancecompetitiveness.
