At Subaru of Moncton were all about trust safety and putting our drivers first. As a Service Advisor youll be the friendly face our customers count on when its time for vehicle maintenance or repair. Youll guide them through the service process keep them informed and make sure they drive away confident and satisfied. If youre organized customer-focused and know your way around a service lane this could be your next great move!
Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 $23.00 plus performance bonus
What Youll Be Doing:
- Welcome Subaru owners with a warm professional greeting and a can-do attitude.
- Listen closely to understand whats going on with their vehicle.
- Check warranties or coverage and explain it in easy-to-understand terms.
- Prepare clear accurate estimates for parts and labour.
- Create detailed repair orders that tell the full story.
- Keep customers in the loop with honest updates and realistic timelines.
- Stay organized by tracking service records and completed work.
- Keep your skills sharp with ongoing training and Subaru-specific updates.
- Collaborate with technicians and teammates to ensure a smooth service experience.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 12 years of experience in customer service - Service Advisor experience is a strong asset.
- A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel heard.
- Confidence communicating clearly both in person and over the phone.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to keep things moving.
- Curiosity and a drive to learn especially when it comes to Subarus latest tech and tools.
- A valid drivers license and a clean abstract.
