Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with proven experience in the software outsourcing industry to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is key in identifying evaluating and securing top-tier software engineering talent for multiple client projects across diverse technology stacks. You will be responsible for conducting technical interviews and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure only the most qualified candidates move forward.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from job posting to offer stage.
  • Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical interviews for software engineering positions assessing candidates coding abilities problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant frameworks and architectures.
  • Industry Alignment: Leverage knowledge of software outsourcing models to match candidate skills with both client-specific and internal project needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering managers delivery leads and client account managers to align hiring requirements with project demands.
  • ATS Proficiency: Utilize Greenhouse Recruitment (or similar ATS platforms) to manage pipelines schedule interviews track progress and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow online communities and industry events.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Use metrics and reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive professional and timely experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a software outsourcing or software services environment.
  • Capable to assess different software engineering roles (Software Engineer/Developer DevOps QA Engineering Data Engineer etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts programming languages (Java JavaScript etc.) software development life cycle and practices.
  • Proven ability to evaluate candidates for roles such as Software Engineer QA Engineer DevOps Engineer and Technical Lead.
  • Hands-on experience administering coding challenges technical screenings and other evaluation tools.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse Recruitment or equivalent ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub and other talent networks.
  • Exceptional communication organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software engineering computer science or a related technical field.
  • Experience hiring for international or distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of remote recruitment best practices.
