Escala: 5x2 (trabalha 5 dias e folga 2)
Principais Atividades:
Atender e registrar os chamados e ocorrncias informadas pelos clientes registrando os chamados garantindo a satisfao do cliente;
Atender os tcnicos para registrar o fechamento dos chamados e abertura de pendncias;
Monitorar as prioridades dos chamados;
Garantir a rapidez na soluo do chamado e satisfao do cliente;
Garantir que o tempo de atendimento ao chamado (T1) seja realizado dentro da meta estipulada pela empresa;
Garantir o atendimento telefnico ao cliente em 20 segundos ou menos (terceiro toque);
Garantir excelncia e satisfao do cliente;
Buscar a melhor alternativa para atendimento dos chamados direcionando os Tcnicos de acordo com sua disponibilidade e localizao geogrfica;
Garantir atendimento rpido e eficaz de forma a garantir a satisfao do cliente;
Informar aos Supervisores Superintendentes e Gerentes a situao on-line da operao em relao aos chamados e pendncias visando agilizar o atendimento ao cliente;
Garantir a satisfao dos nossos clientes seguindo os padres de segurana tica e qualidade exigidos pela Companhia.
