Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communications and relationships ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Oversee the renewal process from submission to negotiation ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
  • Cultivate strong long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverages and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on policy changes deadlines and legal regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency preferably handling mid-size commercial accounts.
  • A client-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail analytical skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and other industry-specific software.
  • Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC CPCU INS ACSR or CISR.
  • An active Texas Agents License is required.
Education and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
