You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a strategic and versatile Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the promotion of its Graduate Programmes (Coursework). The role focuses on driving brand visibility student recruitment and digital engagement through compelling content targeted digital campaigns and integrated communications.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator creative thinker and data-driven marketer who can develop and manage content across platforms execute high-impact digital strategies and support cross-functional outreach efforts. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is an advantage as the role includes engaging diverse local and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Marketing
Develop and manage high-quality content (e.g. articles videos web copy social media posts brochures) to promote NTUs Graduate Programmes (Coursework).
Develop bilingual content coordinating visual assets and engaging prospective students and followers.
Work closely with academic schools alumni and current students to produce authentic and engaging narratives.
Maintain a consistent tone voice and message aligned with NTUs brand guidelines.
2. Digital Marketing
Plan execute and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Meta LinkedIn WeChat Little Red Book and programmatic ad networks.
Manage campaign assets including landing pages banners and email sequences.
Monitor and report on key digital metrics (e.g. reach engagement cost per lead conversions) to improve performance.
3. Communications
Develop strategic communications materials such as e-newsletters direct email campaigns press releases and internal updates.
Ensure clear consistent and targeted messaging to prospective students alumni and other stakeholders.
Support university-wide branding efforts as needed working with internal departments and the Corporate Communications Office.
4. Marketing Technology & Analytics
Utilise marketing platforms and tools (e.g. CRM CMS email marketing platforms analytics dashboards) to support campaign efficiency and personalisation.
Track analyse and interpret data to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Recommend new tools or approaches to improve performance and audience engagement.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders including programme directors admissions teams and the international office.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design media buying and production.
Provide marketing support for outreach activities such as info sessions webinars fairs and alumni engagement events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content development digital marketing and communications preferably in the education or service sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
Ability to communicate in more than one language is considered an advantage to support outreach to diverse local and international audiences. This is not a mandatory requirement.
Track record of managing end-to-end marketing projects including campaign ideation timeline management budget monitoring and performance evaluation.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Ads Salesforce HubSpot WordPress Xiumi and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
Detail-oriented creative and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of higher education marketing is a plus.
