Major responsibilities
1. Responsible for Sales of Domestic Group of Products for the state of Guwahati/ Lower Assam through retail & government network.
2. Responsible for timely execution of orders through the go down and plant.
3. To increase the dealer network coverage and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
4. Conducting market surveys for new products and competitors activities and give feedback to BO/ZO.
5. Regular contacts with customers/dealers and monitoring dealers performance periodically.
6. Collecting outstanding payments/statutory forms of dealers as per Company target.
7. Regularly conducting Plumber meets/Retailer meets to increase secondary retail sales of domestic products
Formal education: BE (Mech/Elec) / DME/Any Graduate
Professional experience: 5-8 Years experience (BE)
10-12 years experience (DME/Any Graduate)
In years:
Defined competencies Good product & Market knowledge
Good in customer contact/relationship
Good in communication & selling skills
Good in problem solving listening & time management
Positive attitude
